AEROCENTURY CORP. ANNOUNCES AIRCRAFT TRANSACTIONS

(BURLINGAME, CA), July 2, 2007 -- AeroCentury Corp., (ASE:ACY), an independent aircraft leasing company, today announced the recent purchase and lease of two Fokker 100 aircraft.

The Fokker 100 aircraft, serial numbers 11310 and 11331, were purchased from an affiliate of Pembroke Group Ltd. and the Company subsequently assumed the existing leases with a new customer, Dutch Antilles Express B.V. (“DAE”).

Based in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, DAE provides regularly scheduled daily domestic service throughout the Netherlands Antilles as well as other Caribbean and Latin American destinations.

AeroCentury is an aircraft operating lessor and finance company specializing in leasing regional aircraft and engines utilizing triple net leases. The Company’s aircraft and engines are on lease to regional airlines and commercial users worldwide.
