AEROCENTURY CORP. REVOLVING CREDIT LINE EXTENSION
(BURLINGAME, CA), September 1, 2004 - AeroCentury Corp., (ASE:ACY), an independent aircraft leasing company, reached agreement as of August 30, 2004 with its credit facility lenders led by National City Bank (NYSE:NCC) to extend the maturity date of the facility to October 29, 2004.
